Seventh-day Adventist Schools (NNSW) Ltd is seeking applications of interest for the role of ICT Infrastructure Support Manager. This is a full-time position, with an immediate start.

The Position of ICT Infrastructure Manager is to:
The ICT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the operational delivery, reliability and continuous improvement of ICT infrastructure, platforms and security systems across Adventist Education NNSW.
The successful applicant will have:
- Must be a practicing baptised member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its mission. This would incorporate an active relationship with Jesus Christ characterised by a deep desire for worship and service to God.
- An understanding and commitment to the purpose and ethos of Adventist Education and the Church as described by Adventist Schools Australia and our statements of belief Statements of Belief
- Model and nurture an active relationship with Jesus and be a baptised, practising member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated industry experience A minimum 1 year experience in supporting ICT equipment in a network or corporate setting
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise ICT infrastructure environments, including network, server and cloud-based platforms
- Strong technical understanding of modern cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading ICT infrastructure or operations teams, preferably in a multi-site or geographically distributed environment
- Experience establishing and maintaining operational processes, including monitoring, incident management and service reliability
- Demonstrated experience driving standardisation across multiple ICT environments, including aligning or consolidating disparate systems
- Experience supporting or delivering ICT transformation initiatives such as platform migrations, infrastructure upgrades or service consolidation
- Experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls, including endpoint protection, identity security and vulnerability remediation
- Familiarity with recognised cybersecurity frameworks and industry best practices
- Experience working with internal stakeholders to deliver ICT services in operational or project-based environments
- Ability to translate technical direction into practical, deliverable outcomes
- Committed to child safety by providing a safe culture, safe operations and a safe environment. Only applicants with a Working With Children Check (WWCC) will be considered for this role
- Legally able to work in Australia. This position is not linked to sponsorship visa and applicants who are not legally able to work in Australia will not be considered.
