A senior position is becoming vacant to provide admin support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Conference. The applicant will provide support to the CFO in a variety of admin areas as well as being independently responsible for some admin areas including but not limited to being the facility manager for our Conference Administration and Resourcing Centre.
Application Requirements
The successful applicant will:
§ Be a practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
§ Have extensive senior experience in an Administrative Support / Personal Assistant role.
§ Be able to demonstrate strong ability and clear understanding of commercial computer software and spreadsheet packages.
§ Possess high levels of professional communication and relational skills essential for this position.
§ Be able to demonstrate independent time management and office organizational skills and experience.
