Role Description:
Prescott Schools and the Seventh-day Adventist Church (South Australian Conference) are seeking to find a full-time Human Resources officer to commence in June 2022 out of the Adelaide office.
As the Project Officer (Human Resources) for Prescott Schools, 0.7 FTE of this full-time role will assist the Director of Education by managing and overseeing issues related to staff orientation and employment, data collection and reporting, injury management, compensation and enterprise agreement/award negotiations on behalf of Prescott Schools employees within South Australia.
As the Human Resources Coordinator for the South Australian Seventh-day Adventist Church Conference, 0.3 FTE of this full-time role will assist the General Secretary by managing and overseeing issues related to staff orientation and employment, data collection and reporting, injury management, compensation and wage schedule negotiations for Conference employees within South Australia.
Location:
The Conference Office is located 5km north of the Adelaide CBD in the suburb of Prospect.
Prescott Schools enrols approximately 1,500 students and employs about 270 teaching and non-teaching staff across three campuses.
The Conference Office employs 27 administrative and support staff, with 24 ordained ministers, lay ministers and serving pastoral workers.
