    We are looking for a Site Engineering Project Manager to join our Berkeley Vale Manufacturing site on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Site Manufacturing Manager, this critical role is accountable for ensuring a robust change management process is in place to deliver major and minor capital expenditure investments at site across product, packaging, build and process change initiatives.

    Key responsibilities of this role include:

    ·        Providing professional project management activities within an FMCG environment covering multi-disciplinary engineering fields

    ·        Manage project needs and expectations and deliver to budget and schedule.

    ·        Ability to read and understand detailed engineering design of systems used in site manufacturing services.

    ·        Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders to meet time and budget requirements. 

    ·        Work with a team of trades along with third party resources as needed to deliver project outcomes.

    ·        Provide recommendations and influence on engineering capital investment options. 

    ·        Objectively assess machine specifications against required operational need.

    ·        Maintain compliance to standards and regulatory authorities.

    ·        Report on active projects 

    Qualifications / Experience required.

    ·        Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or trade qualification in related field

    ·        10+ years Project Management experience

    ·        Strong understanding of project delivery, including financial acumen and project schedules.

    ·        Proven experience delivery CAPEX projects, specifically around building works.

    ·        Extensive food manufacturing experience with an in depth understanding of GMP and hygienic equipment design for food industry.

    ·        Understanding of AutoCAD, Inventor and BMS Software

    ·        Strong relationship management skills/experience

    ·        Must be currently based in Australia

    ·        Willing to commute to Berkeley Vale, NSW 5 days a week.
