Parkside Adventist Christian School (Napier, New Zealand)
Principal/kura tuatahi. Full-time, Permanent. Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8)
Tagged position. (Must be a baptised member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church). The school board is excited to gain a Christ-centred, future-focused leader with the skills to manage the challenges of 21st-century learning that meets the school’s Deed of Integration Agreement's tagged criteria. The school board seeks an educational leader with a vision who will lead and inspire our school community in providing an Adventist Christian education to learners within the school community.
Applicants will have:

A teaching load responsibility is also expected of the successful appointee. The position commences in January, Term 1, 2027.
Essential Criteria
New Zealand and Australian residents are welcome to apply. Australian teachers' registration carries over to NZ as part of the Trans-Tasman Agreement.
All other overseas applicants must provide evidence that their qualifications and teaching experience have been assessed and approved by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) and that they hold New Zealand teacher registration through the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand. All other overseas applicants must meet New Zealand immigration requirements.
Desirable Criteria
Leadership experience within a primary/elementary level.
