About You
Demonstrated Skills & Experience in:
Minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support and desirable, Certificate 4 Leisure and Health
Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care.
Demonstrated commitment to The ASL Way, embracing our principles and core values of leadership, commitment, respect, courage, and honesty and fostering a positive team culture wholeheartedly.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations through:
Effective collaboration and communication skills
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
Creative problem-solving and innovation
Efficient planning and organizational skills
Adaptability and resilience in response to change
Proficient in computer skills and adept at utilising client management systems.
