Northpine Christian College is an independent, co-educational day school for Prep to Year 12 students located on 4 scenic hectares in Dakabin in the Moreton Bay region.

Northpine is seeking a qualified and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team, full time term time, with an immediate start available. The position is responsible for coordinating the College’s marketing campaigns and plays a key role in ensuring that Northpine’s marketing and promotional activities are implemented with a view to attracting and maintain student enrolments. 

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organised individual with a proven practical and hands-on track record in a range of high-level marketing activities. 

  • In close consultation with the Principal and senior leadership team, develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the College’s brand, achievements, enrolments
  • In collaboration with the Principal and senior leadership team, develop effective advertising to attract enrolments using a variety of mediums
  • Work closely and collaborate with the Communications Officer
  • Collaborate with management, staff, students and stakeholders to enhance the College’s visibility and engagement
  • Work closely with the enrolments and communication officers to identify promotional marketing opportunities focused on maintaining and increasing enrolments
  • Provide regular marketing reports to the Principal and senior leadership team
  • In consultation with the Principal, liaise with external providers to create and develop marketing videos and photo shoots, including campus videos and photo ID days
  • Design and coordinate all marketing content for the College, including but not limited to the calendar, school magazine, handbooks and enrolment booklets, policies prospectus, flyers, digital screens, business cards, letterheads, posters, external prints
  • Liaise with the Early Learning Director to source and create promotional resources
  • Photograph school events, editing images and storing in photobank
  • Coordinate and oversee the annual photo days, including liaising with StudioKirby, deputies and staff and storing and distributing photos
  • Maintain and upload staff and student images for SEQTA and Synergetic
  • Liaise with the communications officer regarding the College’s digital signage and displays
  • Update the College website with recent photographs and current content
  • Complete the annual ISQ report
  • Source merchandise and gift quotes for the Principal and senior leadership team
  • Order staff ID cards and badges
  • Assist with school tours and orientation days
  • Complete annual compliance and child safety training
  • Comply with Health and Safety policies, procedures, hazard reporting and safe work practices

The Successful Applicant must:

  • Have a strong commitment to the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and be prepared to support the ideals and beliefs of the church
  • Hold or be eligible to hold a Paid Blue Card for Child Related Employment with Queensland Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian
  • Hold relevant marketing qualifications and current experience
