Maintenance Manager

Blue Hills College is seeking expressions of interest for a full-time Maintenance Manager to ensure the campus grounds are maintained to a high standard. This is a 12 month maximum term contract with an immediate start is available for the right applicant.

The role performs a wide variety of routine and maintenance tasks whilst working in a small, supportive team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Building maintenance and repairs.
• Operating grounds maintenance equipment.
• Garden landscaping and maintenance.
• Cleaning school facilities
• Assist with the moving of furniture and equipment.
• Movement of deliveries around the campus as required.
• Ensuring maintenance equipment is correctly maintained and serviced.
• Other grounds/ maintenance requests as directed by the Campus Manager

Essential Criteria

• Drivers Licence

• Prior experience is advantageous but not essential.
