The Role
As Financial Controller, you'll sit at the leadership table, shape our financial strategy, and help drive one of WA's most exciting periods of growth in aged care and retirement living.

What You Bring
✔️ CPA/CA qualified with senior FC experience
✔️ Strong grip on governance, reporting, and compliance
✔️ Bonus points for aged care / AN-ACC know-how
✔️ A mindset that's more "innovator" than "gatekeeper"
