    The full-time Program Coordinator position has become available at Camp Somerset, South Queensland Conference. This position offers variety and challenges as a leader in the Outdoor Programs team at the facility, directly assisting the Senior Program Coordinator in all areas of running the Program Department.

    The successful applicant must possess a Positive Notice Blue Card for Child Related Employment or the ability to acquire before commencement, a satisfactory police and Adsafe Check is also a requirement.

    This key position offers a variety and opportunities as they help lead the Camp Somerset Team. The successful candidate will have extensive industry experience and a Cert IV (minimum) in Outdoor Recreation or equivalent, demonstrate good communication, relational skills and ability to supervise staff and work as part of the lead management team of the camp to achieve positive outcomes for ministry on the site. Relevant, highly demonstrated and current experience and qualifications in the Outdoor Recreation Industry is a requirement of the position. Remuneration will be based on the relevant Industrial Award, dependent on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
