Ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact? We’re on the lookout for a motivated and values-driven individual to join our Beverages Tetra Team at our Berkeley Vale Manufacturing Facility on the Central Coast, NSW.
This is not your ordinary Machine Operator role. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals with a passion for self-development and an ‘In It Together’ approach. The 1L Beverages Department at Berkeley Vale are responsible for making some of Australia’s most beloved plant-based milks, including So Good and The Alternative Dairy Co. As a UHT Operator, you will be responsible for the mixing and heat treating of batches (UHT stands for ‘Ultra Heat Treated’). You’ll play a key role in creating high-quality products that change lives every day. Reporting to the Senior Team Leader on shift, this role is currently required on our Afternoon Shift, which operates from 3pm-11pm Monday-Thursday, and 10am-4pm on a Friday. Although it is highly regarded, no prior UHT or Tetra experience is required.
