Expressions of Interest are invited from committed and experienced educational ministry leaders who have a passion for Adventist education and a demonstrated capacity to lead a team of chaplains in the most rewarding of contexts - sharing Christ through the modelling of His character in a school setting with 1000+ students and 2000+ connected family members.

Such a program will intentionally seek to engage MC’s unchurched community in relationships that lead to a long-term faith commitment to mainstream Adventist church communities.
Work in close partnership with MC’s senior executive staff to ensure the day-to-day functionality of MC’s various ministry programs.
Lead the ongoing development of best-practice ministry initiatives to both unchurched and churched MC community members.
Leadership of MC’s chaplaincy programs through the application of interpersonal skills, based upon intellectually and emotionally intelligent behaviours, to enable effective ministry practices within a diverse P-12 school community, including non-Adventist/non-Christian students and their families.
Lead the alignment of MC’s ministry programs to MC’s learning programs to ensure continuity, relevance and sustainability of both programs, for all stakeholders.
Work in close partnership with NNSW School Company staff, NNSW Church Company staff and local Adventist church pastors to ensure the effective delivery of the NNSW School Company’s strategic vision for ministry in SDA schools throughout the North NSW Conference.
Work in partnership with the MC Assistant Principal (Student Wellbeing) in circumstances where MC’s Chaplaincy and Student Wellbeing programs overlap to ensure the effective delivery of frontline support services to MC’s at-risk community members.
