    Role Description:

    Seventh-day Adventist Schools/Church (Greater Sydney) Limited is seeking a dedicated and passionate human resource manager to support the Education Director and General Secretary in human resource management.

    Application requirements:

    • The ability to undertake the duties of the role in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values and its Code of Ethics and Conduct of Sydney Adventist Schools.
    • Active Christian beliefs and values.
    • A diploma or equivalent in human resource management and /or experience.
    • Experience in preparing employment contracts.
    • Experience with payroll systems.
    • Recruitment and interview experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage with multiple stakeholders.
    • The ability to work independently.
    • A current Working with Children Check clearance and Police Check.
    • A confirmed COVID-19 vaccination status.
