and dedicated Work Health and Safety (WHS) Project Officer to lead key initiatives in

This role is based in our administrative headquarters in Welshpool and is a full-time, 12-month
fixed-term contract (with potential for extension).
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing a
comprehensive Work Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS) to align with the
organisation’s objectives. They will enhance communication channels to ensure all
stakeholders are informed and engaged on WHS topics. Additionally, the successful
applicant will create scoping documents outlining the organisation’s WHS context and
operations, allocate resources eFectively, and support training and competency
development for staff and volunteers.
A key responsibility will be to proactively identify
hazards and manage risks while maintaining a legal register to ensure compliance with
relevant laws and regulations. They will also support continuous improvement in WHS
practices to foster long-term safety within the organisation.
Applicants must be practising, baptised members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a
clear commitment to its mission, values, and lifestyle. They will have relevant experience in WHS management, and qualifications in Work Health and Safety are desirable but not essential.
Assistant to the Manager – Carmel Estate
We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time role involving facility maintenance,
gardening, and other related tasks as required. This position is classified under the
Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020, Level 3.1. The successful
candidate will demonstrate excellent customer relations across a diverse range of ages and
cultures, with an approachable, flexible attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Recognised qualifications in maintenance or horticulture would be highly regarded.

Our nurses enjoy a unique opportunity to travel from workplace to workplace, administering flu vaccinations and gaining valuable experience in a dynamic role. The Role
The Territory manager will be managing a team of Merchandisers, driving sales growth, maximising opportunities and key directives, expanding our customer base within the Perth Northern suburbs.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Sanitarium in gaining maximum brand and product exposure through leveraging relationships, company and brand support programs in the assigned territory.
- Provide main point of contact for stores within the allocated territory.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
- Grow market share and sales through superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities in store.
- Partner with key decision makers at store level.
- Upsell and activate key promotions and activations utilising data insights.
- Manage the execution of planograms.
- Manage the execution of instore displays using Sanitarium product range.
- Achieve agreed goals and priorities for the allocated territory.
- Build trusted relationships both internally & externally.
- Be the primary point of contact for all store inquiries.
- Monitor and report competitor activity and significant market developments.
- Maintain and record all sales activities efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure adherence to in store procedures.
- Efficiently manage merchandiser hours; defining priorities and optimal operational plan.
- Lead, train, coach and develop the merchandiser team.
- Ensure compliance with allocated merchandiser budget.
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field is valued.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is appreciated.
- Confident presentation skills using a variety of presentation formats to address a wide range of audiences.
- A drive to build trusted and strong working relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role
You will be running Workplace Health and Wellness programs with our client located in remote SA and be part of a fast-growing Workplace Health company with presence across Australia and New Zealand.
Our Wellness and Events coordinators are passionate, motivated and strive to improve the health status of employees through education, engagement and coaching.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Delivering a wholistic health and wellness program on client sites focusing on key areas of wellbeing, including physical, mental, social and work wellbeing to create a balanced and productive workforce with optimal health outcomes
- Coordinate, promote and facilitate social events
- Implementation of the health, fitness and wellness programs
- Facilitation of regular health and injury topics, including workshops, seminars and toolbox presentations
- Private and group health and wellbeing consultations
- Leading and supervising group exercise classes and individual consultations
- Leading and supervising pre-starts
- Health coaching, mentoring, motivating and inspiring people to set and achieve health goals
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of the gym, gym facilities and gym equipment
- Report writing and administration
This role works closely with our clients and is key to successfully deliver on our purpose of changing lives everyday through whole person health.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Must have experience running and organising events
- Energetic, resilient and passionate
- knowledgeable about wholistic health and wellbeing
- Outstanding communication and reporting skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates initiative
- Able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Hold a current Driver’s License
- Be available to work on a remote site 7 days on, 7 days off roster.
Desirable:
- FIFO experience highly regarded
- Certificate III or IV in fitness or Diploma of Sport and Recreation
- Pilates or similar qualification
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Science/ Nutrition/ Exercise Physiology/ Physiotherapy/ Occupational Health
