Role Overview: As a Client Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing the communication, logistics and coordination of our flu vaccination services. Your role will include client communication, relationship building, scheduling, and ensuring seamless service delivery in partnership with our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client bookings and schedules for the 2025 Flu Programme.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor programme progress and provide updates to clients.
- Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in client coordination, project management, or a related field.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and efficient Departmental Assistant to provide administrative support to the Directors of Family and Children’s Ministry, Health Ministry, and the Ministerial Association. This role involves overseeing a variety of administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence, ensuring that all departments operate smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a team.
We are open to applicants who want to work 2-4 days per week as this position could be filled by two candidates.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within a church or community organisation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and familiarity with database management.
- A heart for ministry and a passion for the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Executive Assistant (Parental Leave 12-month Contract)
As Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our officers, manage their schedules, organise meetings, and ensure efficient office operations. The role requires discretion, professionalism, and strong organisational skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- High level of proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite – including Teams and Excel, Office 365, mail merge, ).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to work.
- An understanding of or willingness to work within the mission and values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is essential.
