Our opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Development Manager to join our team based in Royal OakReporting to the National Category & Revenue Manager, this role embeds our long-term category ambitions with internal and external business partners. 

 

In this role you will:  

  • Collaborate in the use of fact-based category, consumer, and shopper insights to develop category vision and strategies.   

  • Conduct relevant analysis, monitor performance, and anticipate opportunities & threats to support robust decision making. 

  • Proactively develop range and space management recommendations. 

  • Manage range reviews with customers, providing recommendations, presenting insights, and leading internal meetings.  

 

About you  

You will be a naturally curious person, who enjoys building engaging stories using numbers, with excellent presentation skills, making the complex sound simple. You are analytical and data driven with exposure to category management, shopper marketing and FMCG sales.  

 

You’ll excel at building and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with different stakeholders, both internal (Sales, Marketing, NPD, etc.) and external (retailers). 

 

Exposure to Nielsen, IRI, Quantium/Dunnhumby would be advantageous, but additional training can be provided.

Shopper Activation Executive

Key responsibilities

  • Execute compelling shopper marketing campaigns across various retail channels to drive brand awareness, product trial, and sales. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with overall brand strategy and sales objectives. 
  • Analyze market trends and shopper insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the retail space. 
  • Coordinate the end-to-end process of campaign development, from creative and design to in-store execution and post-campaign analysis. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and the achievement of mutual business objectives. 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. 
  • Ideally, experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a related field, preferably within the FMCG sector. 
  • An understanding of the New Zealand retail landscape and shopper behaviour. 
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Creative thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office  
  • A keen interest in analysing data and generating insights 
  • Ideally, experience with Adobe creative suite

Senior Case Officer – Survivor Services and Redress

The role of the Senior Case Officer for Survivor Services is to provide case management services for survivors of abuse. This involves facilitating referrals to external counselling for survivors and their family members, providing information about legal or restorative justice pathways to survivors and their families, being the point of contact for a survivor throughout investigations or other legal processes, and being Adsafe’s point of contact for survivors of abuse.
