Position Overview:

As the Sales Development Rep at Thrive Mental Health, you’ll be instrumental in driving new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads for our sales team. Your role will involve prospecting through various channels, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into our sales pipeline. Collaboration with the broader business will be key to your success, contributing to the growth and success of our business in Australia.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Utilize multiple channels such as email, phone calls, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential leads.

·        Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our target market.

·        Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

·        Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in our CRM system.

·        Collaborate with the boarder teams to optimize lead generation efforts.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

·        Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or lead generation role.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.

·        Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets.

·        Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools preferred.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
