Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Greater Sydney) Limited is seeking an Enrolments and Office Administrator to join our team at Hurstville Adventist School. This position is a contract position for Wednesday and Thursday, during school hours, for the remainder of 2024. There is potential for the contract to be renewed and the position to increase to 4 days per week from 2025.
This role involves many responsibilities including but not limited to: setting up and maintaining student files, reviewing and processing enrolments, giving school tours, supporting the bursar, finalising attendance, and providing first aid as needed. The ability to interact with parents, visitors and students in a warm and respectful manner is paramount.

The successful applicant will have a current Working with Children Check in NSW. It is preferable that the successful applicant be a baptised and practising member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, or a practising Christian sympathetic to the unique Seventh-day Adventist identity of the school.
