Adventist Retirement Plus is a faith-based organisation in providing a wide range of care to the elderly, ranging from Independent Living to Residential Aged Care.

We are currently seeking 2 full-time Grounds team members to help with our Village mowing requirements. Commencing on a casual payrate but with full-time hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm. 

The Capricorn Adventist Retirement village is 14ha and requires a mowing team who are dedicated to hard work.

We are seeking 2 persons who can bring the following attributes to the team:

• A person who takes pride in their work
• Has attention to detail
• Has experience in mowing and care of large areas
• Likes working in the outdoors
• Good work ethic
• Strong focus on WHS and the ability to work safely with a wide range of equipment
• Experience of routine maintenance of equipment 
• Compassionate with the elderly
• Can work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Brings in a “can do” attitude
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Current drivers licence
• Must have valid working rights in Australia.

Additional Requirements:

• Consent to a criminal record check (police check).
• Attend a pre employment medical assessment.
