About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in a manufacturing environment through strategic HR leadership? We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Business Partner to provide contemporary HR advice, guidance, and leadership at Sanitarium’s Berkley Vale Manufacturing site. This role is central to fostering strong relationships, building leadership capabilities, and driving positive cultural change.
You will partner closely with the site manufacturing leadership team to add value to business performance. In addition, you will contribute to Supply Chain and enterprise-wide People & Culture (P&C) initiatives to ensure we remain an employer of choice.
