     Central Coast Adventist School (CCAS) is currently seeking expressions of interest from individuals for the position of Main Administration receptionist. This is a full-time position.

     

    Central Coast Adventist School is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 on the Central Coast. We are a team of committed educators and support personnel who fundamentally believe that students learn best when they feel safe, respected, and are genuinely engaged and challenged by purposeful, creative, differentiated opportunities to learn about themselves and the impact they can make in the world they live in. We are currently seeking expressions of interest from individuals for the position of Main Administration receptionist. This is a position that is the first point of contact for the school.

     

    The successful applicant selection criteria will include:

    • Managing phone enquiries
    • Managing and Directing Visitors
    • Responding to staff and student needs
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • A demonstrable commitment to working in Adventist Education
    • Has the ability to work unsupervised
    • Have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Have excellent people skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders, and work as part of a cohesive team
    • Working with Children Check
    • Other tasks as delegated by Business Manager

     

    The position is subject to stand down periods during non-school terms.

     

    The successful applicant will be provided with access to the Staff Handbook that sets out the expectations and requirements of employment at the school.     Salary will be in Accordance to the NNSW Support and Operational Enterprise Agreement
