The Role
As Marketing Assistant, you will support to drive growth of the Sanitarium product portfolios and build brand awareness across key international markets through our digital strategy. Assisting with the development and execution of online campaigns and strategy, you will help support revenue growth and overall brand profitability. Under the leadership of the Senior Brand Manager, you will help develop and execute key digital activations to drive marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
· Assisting to formulate and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness across key international markets.
· Liaise with agency partners on the creative direction and execution of comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, ensuring content resonates with target audiences and drives results.
· Liaising with external agency partners to review and approve social media content plans.
· Reviewing proposed influencer partners for collaborations and reviewing influencer content.
· Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Effectively engage and collaborate with various cross-functional teams.
· Develop and support to execute creative digital campaigns.
· Monitoring and analysing digital presence, including social media accounts and eCommerce Understanding competitor strategy and online activity reviews.
Skills & Experience
· University degree qualified in Marketing / Communication / Business.
· 2+ years’ experience as a Marketing Assistant / Social Media Assistant / Marketing Coordinator.
· Digital experience & excellent knowledge of social media tools, including Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
· Ability to work autonomously or in a team as required.
· Confidence to think strategically and analytically.
· Good analytical skills, with an interest to research and understand new markets.
· Strong communication (written & verbal) & interpersonal skills.
· Basic financial understanding and competency in budget management.
· Prior experience within FMCG would be highly regarded.
