We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Berkeley Vale Manufacturing site on a permanent basis. Reporting to the site Manufacturing Manager, this critical role is accountable for ensuring a robust change management process is in place to deliver product, pack, capital and process change initiatives.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team and deliver major and minor capital expenditure investments at our Berkeley Vale Manufacturing Site. Key responsibilities of this role include:
Providing professional project management activities within an FMCG environment covering multi-disciplinary engineering fields
Manage project needs and expectations and deliver to budget and schedule
Ability to efficiently conduct detailed engineering design of systems used in site manufacturing services.
Facilitate quality decision-making and effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders
Objectively assess machine specifications against required operational need
Managing and working with site department and teams
Conduct design and audits on process service systems
Design process systems within Inventor in 3D
Determine capital budget costs and schedules.
Maintain compliance to standards and regulatory authorities
Report on active projects
Qualifications / Experience required
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering related field
Project Management experience is essential
Formal project management methodology training is highly regarded
Strong understanding of project delivery, including financial acumen and project schedules.
5+ years’ experience in capital works’ project management
5+ years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment
Proficient in the AutoCAD suite including AutoCad, Inventor and BMS software
Strong relationship management skills/experience
