The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Network Systems Administrator to join our IT Department based at our Head Office in Berkeley Vale on the NSW Central Coast. The position will be responsible for maintaining, developing and supporting our network and voice systems and infrastructure across the Sanitarium group, in manufacturing and corporate environments.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years network administration and support experience.
Tertiary qualifications in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
Extensive experience in network administration and support.
Strong technical knowledge of Cisco network systems, methodologies, techniques, and technology.
Demonstrated experience with the use of network monitoring and management tools/systems including Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Prime Infrastructure and PRTG.
Demonstrated experience with managing VoIP infrastructure using Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, and Cisco CCX voice systems.
Demonstrated experience with coordinating network cabling installations.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the use of the Cisco IOS XE command-line interface.
Well-developed analytical problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.?
Current Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is highly desirable.
Project management experience is desirable.
Experience with Office365, especially MS Teams Voice and Azure networking is highly advantageous but not essential.
