Engineering Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our talented and Engineering Team. We have a large capex project in Warnervale, that we need an experience project manager to deliver over the next 2-3 years. This role requires someone with FMCG experience, that has worked across building works and installation of new lines.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Providing professional project management activities within an FMCG environment covering multi-disciplinary engineering fields
Ability to efficiently conduct detailed engineering design of systems used in site manufacturing services.
Objectively assess machine specifications against required operational need.
Managing and working with a small team of in-house engineers and external service providers to develop, design, manufacture, install and commission capital works across our sites
Manage multiple projects (potentially at multiple sites) simultaneously
Conduct design and audits on process service systems
Design process systems within Inventor in 3D
Determine capital budget costs and schedules.
Maintain compliance to standards and regulatory authorities
Report on active projects
Qualifications / Experience required

Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering related field
5+ years’ experience in capital works’ project management
5+ years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment
Proficient in the AutoCAD suite including AutoCad, Inventor and BMS software
Strong relationship management skills/experience
Strong leadership skills/experience
experience managing large CAPEX budgets
