An opportunity exists for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our busy customer focused team 2-3 days a week for a period of up to 12 months.

The Role

An opportunity exists for a second or third year HR student to join our busy customer focused Talent Acquisition team as a paid intern for a period of up to 12 months. This role is an internship, based at our Head Office site which is located at Berkeley Vale on the Central Coast and will report to the Business Leader – Talent Acquisition. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for handling candidate enquires, managing the inbox, phone screen candidates and completing pre-employment checks.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

·         Coordinate and support recruitment activities

·         Managing the Talent Acquisition inbox

·         Coordinating all pre-employment checks with our providers

·         Data entry into our applicant tracking systems

·         Working closing with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team

 

 

The person

The successful candidate will be a part of an energetic and values driven team who are customer focused and committed to delivering exceptional results.

We are looking for a second or third year university student with a ‘go-getter’ attitude, initiative, a passion for customer service and someone who is looking to commence their HR career.

Qualifications and experience

·         Studying in Human Resources

·         Strong Customer focus and team orientation

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

·         Excellent organisational and time management skills

·         Energy, Enthusiasm, positive can do approach to all work
