The Role
A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced recruiter/networker to build on existing relationships with our owners, the Seventh-day Adventist Church and associated entities to secure outstanding, culturally aligned talent for our future. As well you will be working with external communities, including but not limited to Universities, Colleges, TAFE, Schools, Registered Training organisations and local communities to attract talent into our organisation.
Act as an ambassador for Sanitarium to communicate our brand, proposition and story.
Support in the development of Sanitarium’s Employee Value Proposition
Create and run information days that inform the external market about Sanitarium
Manage Sanitarium’s Scholarship program including; advertising, interviewing, managing work placements and overseeing our student cohort
Manage all early career opportunities including graduate programs, internships and apprenticeships
Update, and manage messaging on all external recruitment advertisements, marketing material and social media platforms in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager
Maintain a strong view of the marketplace.
Create and manage talent pipelines from our community and alumni.
Complete adhoc projects related to recruitment and talent attraction to support the Talent Business Partners
Ensure data sanctity and integrity in the Applicant Tracking System
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to provide talent opportunities to those applying via the established networks.
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
· Tertiary qualifications in Business or HR
· An understanding of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and its associated entities
· Ability and willingness to work and network within the Seventh-day Adventist communities
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Experience in developing relationships with external community groups as well as proactively communicating with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
· Experience managing talent acquisition social media messaging and content
· High level of self-motivation and dedication
· The ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.
· Organised and able to work well independently.
· Highly motivated and a team player.
