The Proprietor of The New Zealand Seventh-day Adventist Schools Association Ltd (NZSDASA) seeks a property manager to manage the property assets and ensure all SDA Schools meet the NZ Ministry of Education building standards. The Proprietor owns 16 Primary and Secondary Seventh-day Adventist schools throughout New Zealand.
In accordance with all legal and Ministry of Education requirements, the successful appointee shall understand property portfolio management and is highly organised with excellent communication skills to engage and manage each of the Proprietor’s school properties with school boards and facilities-related contractors and suppliers where necessary. Ability to provide property funding advice, manage all aspects of maintenance, including new educational building initiatives, and demonstrate financial competencies to ensure that all relevant compliances, such as health and safety processes, meet legal building codes and audits.
The appointee will be supportive and uphold the special character and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
