We are seeking a Casual Office Administrator who can provide front line service to our parents, students and guests whilst also assisting with general office duties contributing to an efficient office. We are seeking a team player who is dedicated to exceptional customer service, has high attention to detail and is efficient in what they do.  The primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones
  • Answering parent enquiries
  • Assist students with any student related issues (Late notes, Early leave, Uniform Passes etc)
  • Managing daily communications with notifications to parents of students who are either late or absent to school and update SEQTA attendance as required
  • Print out class lists
  • Be the first level first aid for students
  • Support parents/visitors in any way possible
  • Filing of student items as required
  • Archiving Student Files
  • Data Entry into various School Systems
  • Assistance with the Office with other duties as required
  • Adhoc duties as required

The successful applicant will:

  • have a current or be willing to obtain prior to employment, a First Aid Certificate
  • have a current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) valid for employment obtained prior to employment
  • Ideally be an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and support the ethos of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
  • be a self starter who strives for continuous improvement in all aspects of their job
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • have excellent Customer Service skills, willing to go the extra mile
  • have a high attention to detail
