The Seventh-day Adventist Church (SPD) Limited is seeking a highly innovative, experienced and strategic influencer and thought-leader to take on this full-time role at the South Pacific Division (SPD) head office in Sydney, Australia.

As the Ministry Innovations and Marketing Leader, you will be a strategic partner to lead ministry innovations and disciple making movements across multiple areas of influence within the Seventh-day Adventist Church. You will coordinate research and utilise data analysis to drive new innovations that address ministry needs. You will create a shared vision with other denominational entities and support them in trialling and implementing these innovations. Reporting to the Director of Ministry and Strategy you will work collaboratively with the Ministry and Strategy Team at the SPD.
We are looking for someone with marketing experience, knowledge in theology and the ability to engage and network in creative dialogue on contemporary issues, as well as have an awareness of contemporary methods in the study of religion and Christianity with modern philosophical traditions.
