This is a full-time position Key Responsibilities: ● Spiritual Development: Coordinate camps for kids, teens, and families that inspire spiritual growth and encourage a deeper relationship with Christ. ● Volunteer Leadership: Build and maintain a strong base of volunteer leaders and junior leaders. Oversee their recruitment, training, and ongoing support to effectively run holiday camps. Foster lasting connections with these leaders between camps through creative engagement. ● Clear Communication: Ensure effective communication between the ministry department and other departments at Tui Ridge Park to facilitate seamless operations. ● Program Promotion: Plan and execute the promotion of holiday programmes across various platforms, including churches, schools, emails, and social media channels. ● Ministry Growth: Expand Tui Ridge Park’s ministry offerings by developing and implementing new camp ideas that align with our mission and values. ● OSCAR Accreditation: Lead efforts to obtain and maintain OSCAR accreditation for applicable programs, ensuring compliance with all requirements and enabling access to funding and support opportunities. ● Funding Partnerships: Proactively request funding and support from Adventist organisations to help sustain and grow ministry programs. Build and nurture relationships to strengthen financial backing and collaboration. Key Qualifications: ● Strong organisational and multitasking skills. ● Enthusiasm for seeing young people grow in their love for Christ ● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. ● Proficiency in computer work and eagerness to learn new programmes. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
