Tagged position. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven Seventh-day Adventist leader to lead our school. Longburn Adventist College is our flagship school within the Adventist school system.

We provide high-quality Adventist Christian education in a caring and supportive learning community. The board is supportive, stable, long-serving and highly competent, and we have a settled and high-performing staff. 

We are looking for a person with the skills to enhance student achievement further and ensure staff are well-equipped to prepare our students for the 21st Century empowered in Christ.

·       Have sound knowledge of curriculum and effective pedagogy, including assessment for learning capabilities

The appointee shall accept and recognise the responsibility to maintain and preserve the school’s special character. Furthermore, having a willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the special Seventh-day Adventist character of the school is a condition of appointment. The position commences on Term 3, 2023.
