ICT Technician

Northpine Christian College is an independent, co-educational day school for Prep to Year 12 students located on 4 scenic hectares in Dakabin in the Moreton Bay region.

The College is seeking a motivated and experienced ICT Technician to join our team in a fulltime role, for an immediate start. The ICT Technician provides daily technical support to staff and students.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Provide front line face to face help desk and technical support for students and staff
2. Troubleshoot and support hardware and software related issues including but not limited to laptops, desktops, printers, photocopiers, telephones, data projector problems
3. Device and software lifecycle management
4. Windows, Office 365, group policy management and active directory (on-premises and cloud)
5. Server and Network (wired and wireless) management
6. Maintain and continually review appropriate Cyber safety, security controls and upgrades

Essential Criteria: Demonstrated experience using a variety of ICT hardware, software, peripherals, and operating systems. Highly developed problem solving, communication and documentation skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills, and a demonstrated capacity to work in an effective team and autonomously.
