With a range of services including Home Care Packages, transitional care and fee for service, we are committed to providing personalised, compassionate care. Essential Criteria

The Role:

As the Home Care Manager, you will lead a dedicated regional team, working closely with the General Manager Home Care, your fellow regional Home Care Manager, and the Team Leader to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistency in governance and compliance, while driving business development and service growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, shaping the future of home care in our regions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.

  • Service Delivery: Manage and optimise the delivery of Home Care services, ensuring they meet client needs and exceed expectations.

  • Financial Management: Maximise funding opportunities and ensure financial sustainability of services.

  • Clinical Care: Oversee the provision of clinical care, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Business Development: Drive growth in our service offerings and expand our client base in both regions.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong focus on compliance.

You are a motivated and experienced leader with a strong background in Home Care or community services. You have a proven track record in managing service delivery, optimising funding, and driving business growth. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, compliance, and safety.
