We are a not-for-profit organisation and our facilities include residential aged care, retirement communities and a growing Home Care service supporting our retirement villages and the broader local community.

As the General Manager Avondale Care, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of the facilities. You will inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of clinical care, resident wellbeing and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including a Clinical Care Manager, 3 Care Co-ordinators and a committed team of nurses and carers.
