    We are looking for qualified Fitters with the right culture fit, a bright attitude, and the willingness to learn within a team environment.

    The successful applicant will demonstrate proven knowledge, skills, attention to detail and be an effective communicator in a team environment.

    A rotating shift, day shift and nightshift positions are currently available

    Key Responsibilities

    • Have relevant trade qualification or dual trade
    • Preferred work experience within the FMCG manufacturing industry or willingness to learn
    • Be able to work independently and proactively on preventive maintenance, breakdowns and new installation work.
    • Good fault-finding skills and the ability to read electrical drawings.
    • Be competent in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment.
    • Display positive behaviours in alignment with Sanitarium’s values and be a reliable member of the team.
