    Join us as our Executive Assistant on a permanent full-time basis and be valued for who you are.

    Based at Corporate Office in the beautiful Cooranbong area surrounded by the Watagans National Park, the role coordinates the smooth and efficient running of the Office of the CEO, by providing executive administration support on a daily basis and contributes to the success of the organisational business objectives.

    As a valued member of the Corporate team you will contribute by:-

    • Managing diaries and appointments and travel for the CEO and other Executives as requested
    • Compliance with regulatory bodies and liaising with the Finance team to maintain audit records
    • Meeting coordination and minutes management including but not limited to Executive Management Committee, Board of Directors and others when directed
    • Maintaining Board and Executive Management Committee Decision Registers and Board Induction Manual and various compliance programs as required
    • Undertake other ad hoc administrative tasks at the request of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
    • Assist the CEO with creation of appointments, schedules, travel bookings and day to day administrative tasks.
    • Carry out projects, events and compile information for reports as needed.
    • Craft monthly newsletter from CEO to employees

    You will bring to the role the following skills and experience:-
    • Extensive experience in high level administrative roles and ability to provide support to senior staff
    • Demonstrated experience in the preparation and publishing of committee information
    • In practicing and maintaining high levels of confidentiality
    • Experience in organising and managing events
    • High level of computer literacy with sound skills in Microsoft Office, databases and workload management apps and/or a willingness to learn new programs/applications
    • Proven ability to manage high volume workloads and remain calm and efficient under pressure
    • Have an understanding of, commitment to, and support the values, ethos and mission of  Adventist Senior Living
    • Have the capacity to assist in the development of policies
    • Be able to work autonomously and without supervision
    • Skilled communication including clear and articulate verbal and written reporting including an advanced knowledge of spelling and grammar
    You will also possess demonstrated skills and experience in being:-
    • Pro-active and self-motivated
    • Strong leadership qualities with an ability to influence and collaborate effectively
    • Planning and organising
    • Strategic thinker able to analyse and problem solve
    • Demonstrated experience in event co-ordination/management
    • Australian working rights
    • Current or willingness to obtain a NDIS Workers Screening ID
