ELIA Business Development & Innovations Manager

ELIA Wellness is a health promotion charity, and we empower people to whole-person health because we care about the community. ELIA stands for Empowering Lifestyle Innovation Advocates and is an Adventist Health initiative under the South Pacific Division umbrella.

The ELIA Business Development & Innovations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the marketing, operations, and commercialization of ELIA Wellness. This role is instrumental in designing and executing health discipleship pathways aimed at bringing health, healing, and hope to patients and the community while also achieving financial targets.

Here’s some of what you’ll get up to

• Expand ELIA Networks
• Innovate and manage products
• Manage Channel relationships
• Manage the development of the ELIA Digital platforms
• Manage Compliance and privacy as ELIA’s designated Data protection officer
• Aid in the ELIA Lifestyle Medical Centre in the development of programs, conducting research, marketing and data management
• Provide reports on financial targets, business activity, customer feedback and outcomes
• Promote ELIA Wellness success to key stakeholders
• Undertake projects and initiatives as directed by the ELIA Wellness, Health Strategy Leader/Executive Director

Selection Criteria

• Must be a practising, baptised member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its mission.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management and/or Technology.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry knowledge or experience.
• An understanding of and personal alignment to the Adventist Health Message.
• Experience in engaging multiple channel marketing and customer service.
• Experience in marketing, commercialisation of digital platforms and legal compliance and application of privacy of law is highly regarded.
• An understanding of the Seventh-Church organisation is highly regarded.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to support the research team in process and data management.

Duration: This is a full-time 12-month maximum term employment contract.
