Brief description of role
Are you enthusiastic about Kids and Family ministry, and love working in administration? As our Children & Family Ministries Assistant, this role offers variety and opportunity to assist the Director in supporting the needs of our churches and volunteers across the North NSW Conference.
What your days would look like:
- Being a point of contact for email, phone and face-to-face enquiries.
- Assisting with special events & projects and providing admin support.
- Maintaining records, resources, databases and departmental communications.
- Co-ordination of Resource support kits & hires

About the Company

- Have experience in organising and providing administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new softwares.
- Some social media skills
- Strong data entry and computer skills.

- Ability to understand, read and follow organisation policies and legal procedures.
- Understand, commitment to, and support the values, ethos and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
