THE OPPORTUNITY
Our catering team is on the lookout for a passionate Chef to join our team based in Alstonville. We are looking for an individual to commit to full time hours. The salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation.
You will work closely with the Catering Manager and the Hospitality Services Manager. You will ensure the provision of quality food and quality customer service meeting the individual needs of our residents. You will run a smooth service including meal prep, plating of meals, texture modifying meals, menu development and menu design to name a few. We are big on compliance so we would expect you to follow that. And we are big on care: we want to look after our residents and our team.
