The level of appointment will be determined on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.

What will you do?

As a Nursing Lecturer, you will be involved in teaching in the undergraduate programs in the School of Nursing and Health. This will involve teaching across both the Wahroonga and Cooranbong (Lake Macquarie) campuses.

Essential criteria:

  • Relevant Masters degree as a minimum;
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and engage with students in the learning and teaching arena;
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a team member; and
  • Supportive of the mission, values and ethos of Avondale;

Desirable criteria:

  • Recent clinical practice.
  • Research experience.
