Adventist Senior Living (ASL) is seeking a Permanent Full Time – Grounds and Handy Person to join our friendly and highly valued maintenance team based at Cooranbong. The positions will be part of a grounds and garden team who are responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the residential care facilities and selfcare villas to ensure that these assets are attractive, clean, safe and functional.



The successful candidate will have the following:

Current driver’s license.
Demonstrated experience in grounds and gardens
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Current Australian Police Check or willingness to obtain.
Vaccination Compliance – Hep B, Tetanus and COVID
Demonstrated experience in contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Demonstrated skills and experience in the following behavioural competencies:
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Following instructions and procedures
Coping with pressures and setbacks
