As our Care Service Employee, you’ll provide our aged care residents with the highest level of quality, individualised care. You’ll truly care about serving and supporting older people, delivering personal care services that prioritise their safety and dignity.

With you – here’s what you’ll need

Our focus on providing the highest-quality care for our residents means there are some qualifications that we see as essential. 

You’ll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualifications
You’ll need to be vaccinated for Aged Care sector 
You’ll need to be willing to obtain an NDIS Workers Screen 
What you do isn’t easy, but it’s so important.  Here’s what else we’re looking for:

You’ll be able to show us how you’ve been able to effectively work with  people to provide quality care. You won’t shy away from following procedures and you’ll be able to respond to change.
