Mums At The Table, an initiative of Adventist Media, is looking for an SEO Analyst. This is your chance to be a part of an exciting and dynamic ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church that’s all about connecting and supporting community mums in their motherhood journey. We champion flexible working practices, including working from home, providing office amenities, celebrating successes, and believing in giving things a try through learning and applying emergent practices. This role is initially for a contract of 12 months with scope for renewal for a further 24 months.

To help Mums At The Table reach and help more mums, we are seeking an SEO Analyst. The ideal candidate will contribute to the ministry’s growth by helping to drive our objectives through the strategic application of SEO best practices. The SEO Analyst will perform the necessary SEO work, as well as manage analysis and recommendations to ensure the ongoing success of our initiatives. The person for the role will need to have a strong background in SEO along with proficiency in technical implementation and web analytics packages.

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Experience


1.      Must be a practising baptised member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its mission. This would incorporate an active relationship with Jesus Christ characterised by a deep desire for worship and service to God.

2.      Be eligible to hold a missionary or ministerial license/credential with the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

3.      BBus/BA in marketing or similar degree preferred.

4.      Passion for and understanding of SEO and internet marketing.

5.      Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.

6.      High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.

7.      Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills.

8.      Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush) and social media platforms.

9.      At least 1 year experience in SEO and/or content marketing preferred.


1.     Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations (WordPress).

2.     Familiarity with on page, off page and technical SEO, including schema markups and link building.

3.     Experience with content creation (written, video and images).
