About the role
- You will be responsible for providing maintenance of buildings and equipment under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Monitor the effectiveness of completed work and report any issues that arise.
- Carry out preventive maintenance program as scheduled
- Proactively maintain high standards and avoid unnecessary damage through early intervention

Skills and experience
- Be able to work effectively and efficiently within the team and autonomously as required.
- Be able to communicate with all levels of employees and residents
- Know general maintenance procedures and repairs
- Have empathy with the elderly, with a willing and helpful attitude
- Good level of physical fitness
- Have full Australian working rights
- Training or qualification in WHS
- Trade qualification
- Possess a light right license to drive a bus/truck (desirable)
