About us:
Adventist Aged Care, Wahroonga is a 94-bed facility located in leafy surroundings. We have modern facilities with marvelous reputation in the industry over 45 years of service. Our values drive us, and we believe in caring with compassion and dignity. We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our committed and enthusiastic team to care for our lovely residents.
About you:
You are a AHPRA registered nurse with a passion for elderly care. You have good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn. You also have good management skills and committed to provide care with dignity and compassion.
RNs with experience in aged care and passionate about providing excellent care to our residents are welcome to apply. Ample support and training are available for you to become a superhero RN.
What's on offer:
In return, you will be offered above-award rates with a supportive management team. Our salary for this position ranges from $39.51 - $51.43 and we also offer salary packaging because of our PBI status (non-taxable) for part-time and full-time employees.
For experienced RNs, 1 week of training is offered to you to get familiar with our systems and residents.
Additional support in terms of online training and mentoring is also provided.
