Admission Liaison Officer – Aged Care

About us: 

Adventist Aged Care Sydney is currently looking for an Admission Liaison Officer at our Wahroonga site, a 94 bedded facility. We are an innovative and well-respected Aged Care provider who focuses on continuing to achieve the best outcomes possible for our residents and our staff.  

About the Role: 

As the Admission Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for the admission process of our residential aged care and independent living units. You will also be managing our home care clients.

This role will essentially focus on managing residential applications, conduct tours of our units and manage correspondences between our clients and management.

Requirements: 

  • Preparedness to work in an organization with high Christian and ethical values
  • Strong self-organizational skills
  • Minimum 5 years administration experience
  • Excellent Computer skills and knowledge
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Aged Care and Quality standards 
  • Previous experience in selling aged care beds and ILU units (desirable)
