Role and Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing a warm and friendly first impression for all visitors and callers. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting residents, families, and guests with a smile and positive attitude.
Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Coordinating appointments and maintaining the facility’s schedule.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Providing support to the administrative team as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanour when interacting with residents and visitors.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
Duration: 01/10/2024 to 05/01/2026
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Successful applicant must have a Driver’s licence.
