Membership Sales Representative

ACA Health Benefits Fund is looking for an experienced sales professional for the role of Membership Sales Representative. The position is for a 24-month contract with possibility of extension.

The Membership Sales Representative is generally based in the ACA Health office in Wahroonga and is required to work at various Australian Adventist Church sites and events from time to time.

The position will focus on sales and networking within the church community and its affiliated organizations. A successful candidate must feel at ease presenting in diverse environments, ranging from worship settings to business contexts. An understanding of church beliefs, along with dedication to the broader church’s values and mission, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales of private health insurance policies.
• Cultivate and nurture essential customer relationships through networking.
• Deliver persuasive sales comparison presentations in meetings and on-site.
• Engage in telephone retention activities.
• Keep an extensive and current knowledge of Health Products, industry practices, policies, market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and sales and marketing strategies.
