About the Role

The South Pacific Division (SPD) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Adventist Technology (AdTec) team in Wahroonga, NSW. This part-time role (24 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to mission-focused projects and work alongside a supportive, faith-driven team.
SPD serves as the administrative hub for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific. AdTec provides technology services to church entities, supporting ministries across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. As the Administrative Assistant you will:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, document processing, meeting coordination
- Handle non-technical inquiries
- Assist with event and project logistics
- Contribute to internal communications and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and uphold customer service standards
